Notes

Today, as I sat down with my cup of coffee in hand, I looked over notes I had taken in the past year or so there were a couple of themes that ran through it. I did not realize the consistency of the messages I was receiving until I looked back .
First thing I wrote in this notebook which sums up the consistency is Psalm 32:8
"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you."

And so we begin the journey....
God reminded me in a circular fashion of His love, and more specifically, His love for me, what God desires from His children: faith and the obedience that comes from faith. He showed me of His desire that our eyes would be upon Him, that we would take up our cross and follow him, that we might choose life not death. And the pattern would repeat itself again. LOVE...FAITH...BELIEVING [in His unchanging character]...and FOLLOWING [truth].
